He called her today...
He told her the truth,
He told what happened,
With the him and you.


                                     He called her today,
                                      And told her the lies were not true.
                                      Which she really knew, but tried to hard to deny.

She didn't want to believe,
That when he said, "I love you"...
He lied.

                        He called, He rang the phone.
                        He was so scared, he almost couldn't do it alone.
                         But he called, He said, The truth was told, and now she's dead.


He called her,
He said the truth,
About how he cheated,
Like you did too.
                         


                                   He called,
                                  She cried,
                                  He told her the truth,
                                  Instead of more lies.
                                



He called her for the first time in years,
Since that last call, times went by,
No longer are you with him anymore,
No longer does he lie.


                            But what he didn't know...
                            On that last day he called so long ago...
                            She took her life,
                             And he didn't know.
